(OLD GREENWICH, Conn. - March 7, 2010) - Welcome Spring with a night of comedy! JANE CONDON AND FRIENDS is back at Arcadia Cafe, 20 Arcadia Road in Old Greenwich, CT on Friday night, March 26, at 7:30 PM.
BalanJANE CONDON AND FRIENDS presents MICHELE BALAN! Back by popular demand, Michele Balan appeared at Arcadia before she hit it big as The Last Woman Comic Standing on NBC's Last Comic Standing! You loved her then, and you'll love her even more now. Balan is known as a brash New York standup comedian who has headlined all over the country and in all the top comedy clubs, theaters, cruises, country clubs, private events and festivals, including the prestigious Montreal Comedy Festival. From the West Coast (The Improv in Hollywood) to the East Coast (Caroline's on Broadway), Balan is a beloved comedian among comedians.
She has made many TV appearances, including Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen, her own special on LOGO TV and as a finalist on NBC's Last Comic Standing. Grab your girlfriends, husbands, and significant others, fasten your seat belts, and get ready to laugh with this rapid-fire comedian.
Also appearing will be Jane Condon (Audience Favorite on NBC's Last Comic Standing, ABC's The View and Lifetime TV's Girls' Night Out). Called an "uppercrust Roseanne," Condon will be performing her new one-person show (Janie Condon: Raw & Unchained) at Rye Arts Center on March 12th and at the Unitarian Church in Nantucket on March 29th. But she'll be back in Greenwich at Arcadia Coffeehouse, 20 Arcadia Road, Old Greenwich, with her friend Michele (and one other special guest) on Friday, March 26th, at 7:30 PM.
